Senja Handbag Brown

Our beautiful little Senja handbag is handcrafted from bright rattan fibers dried under the tropical Bali sun and has a soft faux leather shoulder strap that  not only gives it comfort but also a modern touch.

Its inner lining is designed in a traditional, different colored batik pattern. A snap closure ensures your essentials are kept safe. With its tropical charm, Senja is not only a reliable companion on hot summer days, but as an unobtrusive accessory it is also a beautiful addition to festive occasions.

Main material: rattan

Rattan palms usually grow in large numbers in dense forests, where they are considered invasive plants that take up space from other plants and draw a lot of nutrients from the soil. The stems, which grow back quickly without any chemical aids, must be cut off regularly and can then be used as material for furniture and baskets after the drying process. This makes rattan an extremely sustainable and abundant material.
