SHIPPING WITHIN GREECE

Orders within Greece are shipped via Speedex.

Shipping costs €3.00 for orders under €50. Free shipping is available for orders of €50 or more within Greece.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order has been placed.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Cash on delivery is not available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, Banella travels too! 🌍

International orders are shipped via ELTA (Hellenic Post).

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout according to the destination and order.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and postal service.

Free shipping for orders of €50 or more applies only to deliveries within Greece.

STORE PICKUP

You can also collect your order from our Banella Concept Store in Kamari, Santorini, during store opening hours or by prior arrangement.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

As our online and physical store share the same stock, on rare occasions an item may be purchased in-store and online at the same time.

If an item from your order is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.
