We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, colours, measurements and other information are presented as accurately as possible.

However, minor differences may occur, for example in the way colours appear depending on the screen or device you use.

Product availability may change without prior notice.

As our inventory is shared between our physical and online store, in rare cases an item may be sold almost simultaneously online and in-store. If an item you have ordered is no longer available, we will contact you and fully refund the amount corresponding to the unavailable item.

3. PRICES

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed before you complete your order.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been completed.

In the event of an obvious technical or typographical error in a product price or information, we reserve the right to contact you before fulfilling the order to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected item or order and refund the corresponding amount.

4. ORDERS

After completing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation using the contact details you have provided.

Receipt of an order by our system does not prevent us from cancelling an order in the event of product unavailability, an obvious error, a payment issue, suspected fraud or another lawful reason.

If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled, the corresponding amount will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment method.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8. GIFT CARDS

Banella digital Gift Cards may be used for purchases in accordance with the terms stated on the relevant product page.

The value of Gift Cards cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash, subject to any mandatory rights provided under applicable law.

Website content, including but not limited to the Banella logo, graphics, text, design, Banella-owned photographs and original creative material, is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

Certain images, trademarks or other materials may belong to their respective creators, brands or suppliers.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE
